FIGHTING/INJURING Fighting is fine; Hanekoma is extremely powerful, able to do short-distance teleportation, selective invisibility/intangibility, summon energy blasts of various kinds, transform into huge cat monsters, wad people's souls up and make them into hatpins, etc. He's not particularly violent but is likely to be able to subdue attackers (depending on their power level.)
KILLING If he's depowered. If not this is a big huge can of worms I'd rather not get into.
PHYSICAL CONTACT Always OK.
ROMANCE Casual NSA stuff, flirting, etc welcome. Serious true-love stuff won't happen unless you happen to be a district of Tokyo.
FOR MIND-READERS/PSYCHICS Hanekoma is an Angel, and is likely to be able to detect attempts to read his mind or emotions. He's impervious to canon mind-readers at will, but depending on the mechanics of your character's ability he may be readable. Talk to me if you want your character to read him!
