Being an Angel, Hanekoma can read minds, detect power levels (he won't be able to pinpoint exactly what your character can do, but he can identify how powerful s/he is) and use his artwork to influence people.
Obviously, whether your character sees & is influenced by his art is entirely up to you and I won't be assuming either way! He won't be reading minds without permission, though, so if you'd like him to be able (or want to make sure that he DOESN'T) overhear your character's surface thoughts if they're interacting in person, please tell me here!

Can he perceive your character's power level, and what would he detect? Sango is fully human, but she's a badass normal. She packs a shitton of heat/weapons and is physically pretty damn strong, agile, and resilient. :3

Can he perceive your character's power level, and what would he detect? Faize is very intelligent, a skilled fighter, and a decent Symbologist (read: mage). He's not human - Eldarian, rather - but for all points and purposes, he's just about exactly the same as a human. His emotions can grow very unstable, though, in times of extreme stress.

And, um, there's this little (spoiler for those who haven't read/seen yet) (/end) He's totally welcome to call Harry out on that. I'd say only privately, but I have no idea how well known that is these days. He doesn't talk about it publicly though, so he'll filter it if it's not.

Can he read your character's surface thoughts? Yes. Any deeper, however, and Hyourinmaru (giant ice dragon hanging out in his head) might have something to say about it.
Can he perceive your character's power level, and what would he detect? Yes, usually. Hitsugaya has the ability to hide his reiatsu (spiritual pressure) if the need arises, but he can't hide it when he's using it. He's powerful, the leader of a supernatural military division, and his element is ice, which is very obvious once you feel his reiatsu and realize icicles are hanging off your nose. He's very much a destructive fighter, not a subtle one, so his power level probably reflects that.

Can he read your character's surface thoughts? Yes. He's very keenly versed in hiding his thoughts through acting, but he has no mental protection whatsoever.
Can he perceive your character's power level, and what would he detect? Yes, usually. Killua also has the ability to hide his nen, or aura. But he'll only utilize it when he's sneaking around and can't let anyone know where he is. Killua is human but with monstrous abilities, enough so that there are people who refuse to believe he is human. His ren, the release of his nen, has been symbolically depicted in the manga as a giant snake above his head coiled and ready to strike. He can turn his nen into electricity. So. Whatever power level that is.

Can he read your character's surface thoughts? Yes. They will mostly involve boredom and a desire to fight in order to alleviate said boredom.
Can he perceive your character's power level, and what would he detect? Yes, Kamui can't hide his. He has no supernatural energy, but he is an amanto, a humanoid alien, with Superman-esque strength and endurance.

Can he read your character's surface thoughts? Probably not. She's a telepath herself, and her nature and powers are dreams and the mind. Someone would have to work hard to invade her thoughts.

It's over 9000!Seriously, though, he is very powerful, although it ultimately depends on which form he's in at the time. Sealed, he's very powerful but not insanely so. In his first release, he's very up there. Fully released, he's one of the most powerful characters in Ads, although the odds of Hanekoma seeing him in that form are very low.Character name/journal: Hiei (

Can he read your character's surface thoughts? Possibly, untill he notices. Enjoy the thoughts of all sorts of sweets, worry, inner hatred and all that angst he tries to hide? He's more used to sheilding his emotions that tie into his thoughts.

He can, this man is a shinigami who has demon blood, and is also the most powerful one in his division, but he keeps most of it in check untill he gets angry and then, well, things like glass have been known to shatter in his presence, he uses ofuda magic, and can't really summon any of the twelve shikigami under his control here.

D is not human, and it's never said what he is exactly, but he has very close ties to the natural world of plants and animals-- his blood can summon large creatures like giant condors and even things like river dragon spirits, or just cause plants to spring up from the ground.

Undertaker is an ex-reaper/shinigami/whathaveyou and keeps his death scythe that can "cut everything" hidden on him-- but somehow was able to go undetected in canon until he gave the big reveil himself with showing his eyes so.. Maybe he can detect it better than Sebastian?

And it is a slightly absurdly high level because he is a godmode even sane. He fights second-release Ulqui to a standstill regularly and destroys buildings without breaking a sweat.

He's just a normal human being in all abilities but one -- he has tremendous power over shaping matter. Al's an alchemist, which means he can rearrange the forms of objects around him through force of will. Used creatively it's REALLY effective. As for a power level? He could blow someone apart with a touch, but he won't.
If he has any ability to look at or sense souls, he'll sense that Al's soul is very tenacious and strong, but is somewhat damaged, fractured, and worn around the edges, and has a weaker tether to his body.

Just a spirit guide~ What she can do is manifest items, use her spirit energy to both heal and shoot like a gun and other things that aren't possible in Adstring. Another notable thing is that she has the capability to hold the key/power of the netherworld in her, and probably similar powerful things, but it's not something generally known.

He's got a lot of experience for black ops, assassination, espionage, retrieval and a bunch of other stuff. It'd probably be at least a little overwhelming for him since Frau is also, for all intensive purposes, an angel from his own world too. Except he is the one out of the seven from his world that is renowned for his ridiculous level of power. Oh yeah, and he has a very large piece of his world's version of the devil inside of him.

It is increased when he consumes demon's blood. So I'd say that if Sam is hyped up on demon juice then he could feel it. Otherwise no.

However, she has made a magical contract called a "Pactio" with Negi up there, so he would likely sense a faint trace of Negi's magical energy coming from her Pactio Card (http://graphices.livejournal.com/1728.html). He wouldn't sense magic from her unless she releases her artifact from its card form.

Mukuro is one of the strongest and most skilled illusionists in his world, along with having a grab bag of various other special abilities. He's not on the same level as Ads' heavy hitters, but for a human he's pretty formidable.

Normally he's decently powerful, and he can materialize chains to do various defensive skills and whatnot. Like the others, he can keep his spiritual pressure under control most of the time, but when he's upset or fighting, it's obvious. It's also implied to be pretty unpleasant, and he's a sociopathic amoral scientist, so. :x Isn't actually evil, though, and is technically a protagonist.
