Since my arrival, violence in the city seems to be increasing. I have confirmed with a number of longer-term residents that this is an unusual event; two individuals responsible for the disturbance have apparently been identified but not yet captured. I will continue observing; currently, intervention does not appear necessary. Furthermore, my capacity to intervene is limited under these circumstances.

The circumstances in question are those I noticed on my initial arrival: my abilities have been severely limited. Apparently, this is due to a "chip" implanted in each newcomer to the city.

Unfortunately, I am unaware of the location of the chip within my body. Removing the chip continues to be a priority, as the violence in the city is severely impeding my ability to gather information regarding the overall situation.

The Composer is present, also unable to use his powers; Sho Minamimoto is present, physically unharmed, and appears to have maintained his adversarial relationship with the Composer. One of the Harriers from Shibuya is also present here, and a number of the Players who the Composer returned to the RG after the end of his Game.

I am forced to conclude that the Composer's most recent Game was observed by these "scientists," perhaps due to the unusual energies involved in it. This being the case, it is at this point more important to locate and investigate the scientists than to return to Shibuya.

I've gotta ask, with all the confusion going on... this place has a police force, doesn't it? What have they been doing lately?

Not meanin' to step on any toes, here, but it might calm people down a bit to get the official word.

I know there's some very strong people around. Maybe they could ask them to help! Or at least someone to run errands for them, or talk to people...Don't you think it would make everyone feel better to know that at least they're doing something? With everything that's going on...

I mean, ah, to be honest, I didn't know they existed until I met one of the officers, ahaha...

I see. Do you know anything more about it?

That is correct.

Well, now, when we're talking about human behavior... I'd say the patterns aren't quite infinite.

Assume what you want; you've got the stellar imagination for it.

He didn't "beat me up".

Little bit overworked, maybe.

Ask for a volunteer, then. Something tells me it'll save ya a lot of trouble if the troublemakers know the police around here keep busy.

Probably.. this Malice thing has the whole city feeling stressed.

Shame, that.

There's gotta be plenty of people who want to help out and don't know which end of a gun to hold.

You'd think! Maybe this'll convince them to start communicatin' a bit better.

And I wasn't sure myself till I asked... we've got two or three officers knockin' around, it seems!

Nine members of the police force at the moment, and if ya wanna talk to a police officer, check out some of the other voices on this post. There's at least two up there.

Welcome to Discedo. Did ya get the rundown on this place?

... I was exaggerating on the quantity of patterns. Oh yeah? I beg to differ. The same equation factored out countless times here has yielded the same exact results.

That is not a problem. We make sure that officers know the basics before sending them out alone, including weapon training and hand-to-hand.

Thank you.

No. Most of the people I have spoken to are new here as well.

Well, they need it, don't they? Though I'm sure there are plenty of ways you could help 'em out.

I'm not very good with... well, I imagine a public relations person would have to deal a lot with complaints and angry people, so... I wouldn't be good at it.

In that case, sounds like you're down to one pattern. This place could use a little less shaking up.

Aye, that I am.

Our ranks have been spread thin thanks for the latest bout of disorder we face. The incident has gone awry and only now do we have formidable enough plan that shall be suitable enough to ensure the end of this chaos.

Time is at the essence and lives are at stake here.

We know what must be done.

Must take a while. What I meant, though, is that you won't have much trouble finding someone who wants to help your organization by making announcements, if they aren't much of a fightin' type.

But there are numerous patterns within the pattern. Almost like a fractal, though that would be the same pattern.

Tch, do you know how zetta dull that would be?
