One, two, testing... Anybody out there? There's gotta be; whoever left me this gizmo didn't intend it to be a paperweight.

Let me tell you, I'm not real impressed with the state this place's in. Looks like you guys are just letting it crumble. Forget civic pride, it's just depressing, ya get me? Tell me there's somebody around here who cares enough to brighten up a wall at least. Plant a couple flowers. Pick up some trash before it starts rottin' in the gutters... but I'm getting ahead of myself!

Think I can convince a kind soul to tell me what's goin' on here?
