[Hit by Josh's chip removal, since his own chip's still firmly in place... I couldn't resist breaking hiatus for this one. Complete amnesia, though he remembers cultural context and can use all his normal skills. Tags may be slightly slow, but I'm stealing my cousin's connection for the evening~]

I'm not sure... lately there have been things happening, but they were natural disasters—a volcano, ash falling— [ Coughing. Hang on. ] —nothing really... magical in nature, like this.
